Originally from Guam, Annie spent most of her adult life in Illinois before making the beautiful move to Florida. Her journey has been far from conventional. Once a single mother working two jobs while pursuing her education, she advanced from secretary to Professor of Computer Science. This path instilled in her the understanding that success demands more than hard work—it requires drive, clear goals, and a strategic plan.
Following her retirement from academia, Annie embraced the adventurous role of flight attendant, a chapter filled with rich experiences and lasting relationships. Eventually, she was drawn to real estate, a profession that perfectly blends her passions for education, service, and community engagement.
Annie believes that knowledge is power and is deeply committed to lifelong learning. She has completed numerous real estate courses on prospecting, marketing, contracts, negotiations, pricing strategies, ethics, and more—often taking them multiple times to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry. Dave Nicely moved to Southwest Florida shortly after graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has lived in the Fort Myers area since 1982 and has been in sales for most of his adult life.
Dave’s first job right out of college was in the automotive industry as a salesman then finance manager for Freeland Motors. He transitioned into a successful career as Marketing Director at Sun Harvest Citrus for 22 years.
Dave always wanted to own his own business and in 2017, he became the proud owner of the Pillar to Post Home Inspection Franchise in the Estero/Bonita Springs area. As a home inspector, Dave has worked in many communities in Southwest Florida. As a Floridian for 41 years, he has witnessed the growth in Southwest Florida and its history. Dave’s past work experience and many years as a Floridian makes the career as a REALTOR® a natural transition. Clients are amazed at how much he knows about the different communities and about Southwest Florida.
When time permits, Dave and his wife, Annie, enjoy boating, golf, pickleball, and working out. They work well as a team in all aspects of their lives and enjoy taking short staycations whenever work permits! It’s always an adventure with the Nicelys.
